FAQ

What is your deposit and payment process?

I require a 20% deposit due 30 days from signing your contract. The rest of your payment may be made from the time you book until 7 days before your wedding date.

When will travel fees apply?

For lifestyle sessions, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile beyond a 50-mile radius of Jacksonville, Florida, will apply. For wedding packages, fees may apply outside a 150-mile radius of Jacksonville, FL.

How much creativity liberty do I get as the client?

I welcome creativity from clients! I also welcome clients who have no idea what to do and feel unnatural in front of the camera. I meet you where you're at. If you have a Pinterest board to recreate, let's do it. If you want more laid-back, natural coverage? Love it. If you want creative and fresh, but don't know where to start? I'm always ready to brainstorm. However, I always need the client to understand, I'm Alyssa Bice. I'm not any other photographer, and I create art my way. It's how I can ensure authenticity and confidence in my work.

Are you getting eloped or having a micro-wedding?

No problem. I LOVE intimate weddings (perhaps they are my favorite kind. They're priced based on the specifics of each situation. Submit an inquiry about your special day, and I will email you a PDF that we can discuss over a phone call!

FAQ

What is the difference between Super 8 and 35 mm film?

35 mm film is similar to Kodak point-and-shoots, except it's a camera that I continuously load film into. Each film roll has 34-36 exposures, and when it's developed, it creates images. Super8 is similar, but it captures photos continuously at 18 frames per second. These images compile a 3.5-minute video. Inquire if you have additional questions!

I don't want the complimentary session. Will that reflect in cost?

The complimentary shoots are optional, but the price remains the same whether you opt out or decide you want them. It cannot be used any time after 6 months of your wedding date.
